1. Introduction
The FATO Connect mobile application has been developed and maintained by ProSysCom. This app is provided free of charge and is intended for use by authorized users as part of their organization’s training and invoicing activities.
FATO Connect is offered “as is” without warranties of any kind. It is designed to help users manage training invoices, quotes, ongoing training sessions, and related documentation efficiently and securely.
By accessing or using the FATO Connect app, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and assigned role (Admin, Area Manager, Contractor, Training Provider).
- Uploaded Files: Supporting documents such as invoices, quotes, and training-related files.
- Usage Information: Actions performed within the app (e.g., approvals, declines, submissions).
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
3. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the event of an app error we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
